videoconfrencing chat area, where participants gather to discuss, debate,
question and comment on Chinese and alternative medicine, healthcare,
sickness, illness, treatment and any other health related topics, as deemed
appropriate by our practitioners.
At Healthphone.com, we encourage the free and open discussion of health
related issues on our online communities. However, to ensure everyone
using this online community enjoys the same rights and freedoms of expression
as everyone else, we have established the following rules to be followed,
while participating in any of our videoconference areas.

General Terms
Before you join our online community, we require you to read and agree
to abide by this Agreement. Healthphone.com cannot guarantee that on occasion
other members may violate these rules, so we ask you to recognize and
agree to the limits on our legal responsibility.
You are responsible for your words and conduct within our community.
By joining this community, you agree to abide by the following basic principles.
These rules apply anytime you join in a an online meeting, be it through
video, audio or plain text.
Terms of Conduct While Using Healthphone.com's See A Practitioner
- Don't use foul language, lie, or say anything you would be embarrassed
to say out loud.
- Don't pretend you are somebody else.
- Don't intentionally annoy, embarrass, or attack another person.
- Don't offer anything for sale.
- Be sure you have the right to post any material that you contribute
to our website -- either because you own it, or because you have the
permission of the owner. We prohibit the posting of copyrighted material
on our site without the owner's consent, and we have a policy of removing
or prohibiting any material on the forum which violates this policy.
- Don't copy or distribute material from this site in any way without
permission from the owner/original poster. If you are not clear on who
owns the material you want to copy or distribute, email us and we'll
be glad to help.
Practitioner's Moderation and Control
- While engaged in an online meeting with our practitioners, the practitioner
is in control of the session.
- The practitioner has the right to terminate any online meeting, be
it video, audio or plain text, at any time, without warning, for any
reason the practitioner seems fit.
- The practitioner has the right to limit participant time, so that
all visitors to Healthphone.com have an equal opportunity to see that
practitioner while he/she is online. The practitioner also has the right
to refuse to admit anyone to the online meeting areas, for any reason
the practitioner sees fit.
- The practitioner has the right to end his/her session early, for the
following reasons: lack of visitors, abusive/hostile visitors, medical
emergencies, and any other reasons which are beyond Healthphone.com's
control.
