You can ask us a healthcare question and we'll have one of our in-house healthcare specialists answer. Or, if you just need someone to talk to, to lend an unjudgemental open ear we'll do so. Eventually, we'll have a 24-hour help line running, using VoxPhone's software, where you'll be able to videoconference with a healthcare practitioner anytime, seven days a-week. Currently, we're testing this feature, check our PRACTITIONER SCHEDULE to see if any are currently online.

All messages to our Patient Support Centre are kept strictly confidential and private. We will never share any personal information from the Patient Support Centre with anyone outside of our Patient Support Centre staff, unless we are required to do so by law.
