Generally speaking,
Qigong is good for healing effect of this specific ailment, however
individual results may vary. It improves the flow of the qi and
the circulation of the blood, so you'll experience more energy,
but, you won't see/ feel any immediate effects, as with many exercises
and therapies, it takes a few weeks or even months of practice before
you'll see any significant improvements.

(b) Medicated diet
1. Take the nutrition food such as milk, eggs, fish, chicken, vegetables,
fruits and meat bone soup.
2. Oily and greasy food are not allowed and no alcohol is the best
choice.
3. Taking the calcium and vitamin D can help the bone's re-union.
4. Atractylodes 30g, dangshen 15g, Achyranthes root 30g, Chinese
yam 30g, Cox bones 3 pounds, 3 liters of water Cook them as the
soup for a week supply; two times a day.
(c) Life style
1) Going out twice
a day at least to get the fresh air and sunshine.
2) Go to bed before 10p.m. and to get 8-10 hours of the sleep.
3) Fighting with the depression is very important to be recovered.
